By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.


  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in a timely manner to ensure efficient fulfillment.

Due to the nature of our small-batch production process, orders may be prepared quickly after purchase.


  1. CANCELLATION WINDOW

Orders may be canceled only if the request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


  1. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

  1. APPROVAL OF CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to review.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


  1. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

Orders that have been:

  • Processed
  • Packaged
  • Shipped

are not eligible for cancellation.


  1. CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS

Any custom, made-to-order, or special request items are non-cancellable once the order has been placed.


  1. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved cancellations will be refunded within a reasonable time frame depending on the payment provider.

Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
