This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which O&O Innovations LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles returns, refunds, and exchanges.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
- ALL SALES POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, which are personal care and cosmetic items, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Products that have been tampered with after delivery
- Products that have been exposed to conditions outside our control
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To process a claim, you must provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Upon review, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A partial or full refund
- Store credit
All resolutions are issued at our sole discretion.
- NON-DELIVERY OR LOST PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Delayed shipments
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving issues with the carrier.
- REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds, if approved, are limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
- EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a replacement is approved, it will be processed as a new shipment.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
- PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS
Our products are handmade and produced in small batches. Variations in texture, color, or consistency may occur and are not considered defects.
- ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
A patch test is strongly recommended before use.
- CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation.
